Orders placed at Cassiopeia Tienda are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship nationwide within Colombia using reliable courier services (such as Coordinadora, Servientrega, or Interrapidísimo). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can check your package’s status online.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and transport costs, and may vary depending on the weight and destination of the order. We recommend grouping several items into one order to reduce shipping costs.

Returns
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at info@cassiopeiatienda.com.
We will provide you with instructions to process the exchange or return.
